We manufacture electrical control panels to all types and sizes from our own design or to that of our customers.
Sizes vary from basic wall mounting, through to suites of floor standing modules to large multi-cubicle control centres.
Depending on the individual Job Specification, we use proprietary manufactured enclosures or we design to suit the application and have the enclosures crafted and painted locally.
Motor Control Centres with ASTA Certified Busbar and Riser Systems are generally based on purchase of proprietary systems, which we fit out with Starter Equipment providing type’2’ co-ordination to BS EN 60947
ATEX approved control systems for use in hazardous areas can be offered with all the necessary certification/documentation.
All systems are supplied with comprehensive documentation, ensuring the end user a system that is easy to understand, maintain and can be readily modified.
(CAD) Computer Aided Design
All drawings are produced on AutoCAD Version 2000 using current European symbols. Our Cable Numbering and Cross Reference System enables speedy location and identification of Cables and Components.
Each engineer produces their own design drawings, enabling us to work efficiently by eliminating the need for ‘Engineering Sketches’ requiring conversion into CAD drawings by a CAD operator.
Programmable Controllers
We have in-house experience and capability of applying and programming PLC’s and Human Machine Interface (HMI).
Our experience covers the use of all major suppliers’ equipment and includes:
